ocated in the heart of Greenwich Village, Club Groove is the only place in New York City to hear live R&B, Funk, and Soul music seven nights a week. What started off as a group of talented young musicians who migrated from the legendary 101 Bar in the early 90s, Groove now features a rotating roster of house bands comprised of some the best musicians in the city. It is not uncommon to see celebritiy entertainers like Chaka Khan, Lisa Lisa, Lord Tariq and Peter Gunz, Toni Smith, or Roy Hargrove drop in to jam with the band. When they're not tearing it up at the Groove, many of our house musicians tour with A-list acts like Sean Kingston, Jill Scott, Kool & The Gang, and Prince.

      Groove offers free admission Sunday through Thursday, and features a delicious, all-fresh food menu, and some very unique cocktails. If you enjoy great live music, and are looking to have a great evening out, then you must come check us out!
